Kenneth Soul

KSP Transformation Packages
We offer private one-on-one training for men and women of all ages and fitness abilities. Come in for a single session or book a whole program. We offer 4, 8 & 12 week programs.
​​Programs are based on a 3x/week schedule and each session is 1 hour. However, we understand that this may not be suitable for all, and will work with you to design a program that best suits your needs.
Each program includes weight-training, cardio counselling and program design plus a nutrition plan for healthy eating and supplementation habits.
Our goal is long-term, successful, lifestyle changes for our clients.

$60 - $80ea - 12 sessions
$50 - $70ea - 24 sessions
$40 - $60ea - 36 sessions
1 on 1 personal training consists of a workout program that is customized to your goals and your body type. Each visit you will be guided by your trainer, who is constantly modifying your program and tracking your progress. You will learn exercise principles that will keep your body energized and in top physical condition.
